I offer relationship therapy for couples, families, individuals, and children. People often come to me when they feel stuck, are struggling in their relationships, or are concerned about their child’s mood or behavior. I believe that while each person and family brings different values and experiences, learning to talk openly about hard things can lead to greater understanding and connection. This way of communicating helps people grow together through life’s challenges and transitions.
I have advanced training in treating Couples and Children. Stressful events, relationship strain, or parenting struggles can deeply affect family dynamics—and when parents and caregivers are overwhelmed, children often feel it too. Depending on your needs, I may meet with you individually or with different family members to strengthen family cohesion.
