I work best with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, relationship stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with specialized training in EMDR, attachment theory, and AuDHD. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and families. My work supports clients through a wide range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, identity development, behavioral concerns, and relationship difficulties.
