About
I have been a Marriage and Family Therapist working in Connecticut for 28 years. I like a relaxed atmosphere in which clients can set goals for therapy and explore what may have been getting in the way of achieving their desired outcomes. Discussing patterns of behavior and self limiting beliefs we are able to get to the core of the issues so the client can move forward with success.
I work with individuals, couples and families. I have experience with addictions, depression, anxiety and blended families, gay, lesbian, and premarital counseling.
