I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine, thoughtful relationship—one where you can speak freely, feel understood, and begin to see yourself more clearly over time.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, grief and loss, and periods of transition or reevaluation related to relationships, divorce, caregiving, aging, career change, and evolving sense of self. Many of the people I work with are insightful and self-aware, yet find themselves caught in repeating emotional or relational patterns that feel difficult to shift on their own.
My approach is primarily psychodynamic and relational, with attention to how past experiences shape present-day patterns. I also draw from other modalities when helpful, but the focus is on developing insight, deepening self-understanding, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
I work with adults of all ages, and have experience with attachment difficulties, trauma-related disorders, anxiety, depression, grief & loss and managing life transitions. I have a passion for empowering individuals in abusive or narcissistic relationships and see clients as active participants in a process of healing.
