I provide a loving, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for ages seven and older. I have experience in Adjustment Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Attention Deficit Disorder, Grief/Bereavement, and PTSD.

With such a fast paced world it is easy to lose our grounding. I believe talking has a certain power. I believe that each person is the authority on their life.
