My ideal client is one who feels stuck and needs an empathetic hand. My ideal client could be a family who feel stuck in unhealthy cycles of disconnect or poor communication. It could be a woman with an undiagnosed hormone disorder who feels "crazy" and unheard. It could be a set of parents who want help with breaking generational curses when parenting their child. It could be a couple who have found themselves in a pattern of unmet needs and resentment. It could be a kid who feels unseen or misunderstood or a teen who is struggling with their personal identity as a growing person.
I facilitate a chance for people to further connect with themselves, what they love, and the people in their lives. I want my clients to be able to experience their emotions without casting blame on themselves. I offer my clients a space to self-reflect on the patterns that are holding them back.
As part of Chenal Family Therapy PLC, I consult with our team of therapists and psychiatrists who specialize in different issues, ensuring that all possible treatment approaches are considered. If we encounter problems outside my areas of expertise, I can provide seamless referrals, including testing and medication management, to get you the needed help.
