Like a trail through the forest, healing does not always follow a straight path—but you do not have to walk it alone. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating trauma, grief, identity questions, relationship struggles, self-doubt, spiritual wounds, or feeling disconnected from who they are. I have a particular passion for supporting LGBTQ+ clients and women and nonbinary veterans as they navigate belonging, life transitions, trauma, relationships, and the pressure to stay strong. Whoever you are and whatever brings you to therapy, you are welcome here.
I offer relational, trauma-informed, and affirming therapy grounded in curiosity, compassion, and collaboration.
I utilize EMDR and draw from person-centered, somatic, IFS, ACT, mindfulness-based approaches, and nature-based healing. Together, we can explore how your experiences are held in your body and shaped by your identity and relationships.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you are carrying pain, shame, trauma, grief, or questions about who you are and where you belong. You do not have to have everything figured out before beginning. I hope to offer a space where you can show up as you are, feel genuinely understood, and begin making sense of what you have been carrying.
