My journey in this field has been deeply influenced by my desire to provide compassionate, comprehensive support for individuals and couples navigating a wide spectrum of personal & relational issues. I specialize in working with individuals and relationships to create sexual and relational fullness– addressing concerns like desire discrepancy, communication struggles, infidelity or betrayal, sexual dysfunction, and sexual shame. I also work with a lot of men experiencing problematic sexual behaviors, performance anxiety, and erectile dysfunction.

I have a deep passion and commitment to this work. I offer support, guidance, and heartfelt care for my clients and the goals they present with so that they can experience wholeness, satisfaction, pleasure, and joy in their relationship(s) and sex lives.

In sessions with me, clients will find a balance of safety, transparency, and creativity. Known for my direct yet gentle approach, I welcome all emotions, believing there is room for both levity and deep exploration in therapy. Clients can expect exercises that connect them with music, nature, and other creative outlets as part of their therapeutic journey.
