I use EMDR with chronic pain, anxiety, disordered eating, depression, play therapy, PTSD, and body focused repetitive behaviors such as skin picking. Domestic violence is another specialty in which I have much training, which includes trauma. Gottman Therapy is a couples counseling theory I also utilize with my clients.
I will work hard with you and help you overcome your concerns. I am humorous, compassionate, and optimistic, enabling me to help those who come to therapy. I truly believe that each client has the potential for a more fulfilling life, and will have assistance from me in getting there.
