Are you a college student, recent graduate, or young professional age 18-50 dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, major life changes, or relationship concerns? Welcome, and congratulations on taking the first step to beginning therapy! I will support you by providing a safe, authentic space where you can feel heard. Therapy doesn’t have to be scary or too serious. Together, we’ll break down the barriers preventing you from living your ideal life, and I'll be there to laugh, cry, and experience all of it with you :) If you want to not feel like you're talking to a wall, I'm your girl.
One of the most powerful parts of therapy is building a strong therapeutic relationship. I strongly value making sure people of all identities feel welcome in my sessions, including queer folks, BIPOC, all religions, all relationship types, etc. As a Jewish counselor, I specialize in supporting Jewish clients. I also specialize in folks with Type 1 Diabetes.
I believe you are the expert on your own life. In order for you to get the most out of your counseling experience, I will provide support and encouragement to assist you in meeting your chosen goals, and we will process your experiences without judgment.
