With a practice rooted in compassion and curiosity, I work with individuals and couples navigating life transitions and complex relationship dynamics. I partner with clients to find strategies that help them live fulfilling lives in the present moment. I am a supervisee in clinical social work on the Woven Therapy team and work with adults. I have expertise in working with individuals who have experienced domestic violence and sexual abuse and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I am also experienced in working with new parents, military families, and military adjacent communities.
Topics we can work on include depression, anxiety, trauma, and life adjustments. My approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness. For trauma treatment I use Prolonged Exposure and EMDR. With couples, I use Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
