About
Are you feeling 'stuck' or 'overwhelmed' in your life? I'm here to help! Whether you are looking to learn tools to help you improve your self, your relationship, your family or career, my goal is to help you lead a more balanced and productive lifestyle. I approach my clients with a warm, genuine and caring nature. I will work collaboratively with you and help you reach your goals so that you can use what you learn in counseling in your daily life. Finding the right fit for therapy is important!
My focused approach includes working with adolescents, adults and individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, eating disorders, low self-esteem, isolation and stress management and life transitions. I also enjoy working collaboratively with families struggling with conflict and communication issues.
You are worth taking the time to make room for new ways of thinking and behaving! I encourage my clients to identify their strengths and reach their full potential by bringing a non-judgemental yet direct approach to counseling. Contact me today with questions about the counseling process! I continue to see clients in person and virtually.
