Finding a therapist who is the right fit can be a daunting task. I emphasize collaboration, choice, and readiness to change in my practice at Integrated Clinical Services (ICS). I have a versatile therapeutic approach that is strengths-based, empowerment-focused, and person-centered. I strive to work with people in all stages of life, who are facing personal challenges, trauma (current, past, generational), everyday struggles, who want to know more about themselves, or those going through life transitions.
Additionally, I have vast experience working with those in substance use recovery, experiencing a friend/loved one go through struggles with substance use, those who are wanting to maintain recovery/sobriety, have been through adverse childhood experiences, and those who identify as being neurodivergent or having neurodivergent qualities/characteristics.
Life has no handbook and you are not in this alone. You will receive my honesty and transparency in building our therapeutic alliance.
