Mindful Drinking & Sober Curious Group
This VIRTUAL & WEEKLY 8-week group is for those who find themselves between "alcoholic" and "normal" drinkers and want to explore their relationship with alcohol without committing to total abstinence. If traditional recovery programs haven't resonated with you, this is a safe, non-judgmental space to ask, "Would my life be better without alcohol?" Together, we'll explore how drinking affects your mental and physical health, set personal goals, and develop mindful consumption limits.
