I have experience working with at-risk youth and adolescents who have a complex trauma background. My areas of interest include working with individuals, age 6 through adult, in the areas of anxiety, depression, grief, trauma processing, and self-identity development.
Life is overwhelming at times, and its not always easy to navigate those changes and challenges alone. I offer a warm, judgment free zone and prioritize our relationship to encourage healing. I look forward to meeting whoever walks through these doors in need of support.
