Clients who work with me realize how they can be in the driver's seat of their life and challenge the guilt, shame and pain that keeps them stuck. Many of my clients overlook their well-being due to exhausting themselves with work or have difficulties managing relationships, boundaries and handling big emotions. I help clients develop skills to deal with challenging situations, process complicated emotions, and establish healthy relationships with people and themselves. I have success working with clients who have difficulty with alcohol use/misuse, anxiety, codependency, or stress due to highly demanding lifestyles.
I ardently create a safe and encouraging space where you can freely share, express unfiltered thoughts and explore your personal pains. During session, my clients enjoy my humorous nature as a way to create comfort and connection. 16+ teens, adults, and families find me approachable and easy to work with. My approach is supportive, warm, and goal-oriented.

Mindful Moderate Drinking Group is for those who believe they are on the spectrum of "alcoholic" and "normal" drinkers, for those who want to change their relationship with alcohol and feel that a traditional abstinence-only recovery program may not be a good fit for your lifestyle. You realize that drinking alcohol has affected your mental health, physical health, and relationships. This support group is a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your relationship with alcohol, define your personal goals and develop consumption limits around alcohol. Starting: November 21st.
