Through my experiences, I have worked with anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, relationships, substance use, and a range of other everyday problems. I operate from a trauma-informed, multicultural, and collaborative standpoint. In session I take an integrative approach to therapy, in order to create an individualized approach best suited for you.
