Welcome! I am a play and art based therapist for neurodivergent children based in San Diego, CA. I specialize in working with neurodivergent children ages 5-12. I work with Autistic, ADHD and PDA children and pre-teens to better express their feelings, needs and support their understanding of themselves. As a neurodivergent therapist, I have a passion for helping kids to understand their brain and how to best support themselves at a young age. When kids understand their brain and how to regulate and support themselves we can improve children's mental health, self concept and relationships- and kids can thrive!
I use play based therapy interventions and adapt them to work with all neuro-types with a low-pressure and supportive approach. My office includes tons of options to express emotions- including sensory tools, sand tray, arts and crafts, toys, games, dress up, puppets...and more! Kids don't want to leave once they get started and see how fun therapy can be!
