Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. In a world undergoing intense change, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, afraid, or disconnected. As a therapist, I support people in navigating that in-between space—balancing the demands of daily life and the stressors of a changing world while making room for what feels meaningful and true. Many of us are asking bigger questions right now: How do we live with purpose and joy during times of change? How do we find clarity, hope, and authenticity? How do we face anxiety, depression, panic, or the pull to escape—and still move toward healing, growth, and a deeper sense of self?
Every body and every story is welcome in my office. I work with anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, attachment issues, low self-esteem, body image, career struggles, and more. My approach is holistic and collaborative, rooted in liberation, existential, and feminist psychologies, and I draw from narrative therapy, CBT, ACT, and more.
Your struggles are real and valid and getting help is REALLY hard. You might be worried that counseling is just an additional chore.
