I bring extensive skill from my lived background substance use history, and mental health career. I provide therapy for individuals, families, relationships (including poly, ENM, kink).
Empathy and attunement are core to my work. I'll both support and challenge you in therapy. I use integrative approaches, including DBT, Narrative Therapy, Liberatory CBT, Jungian, Gestalt, Experiential, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Family Systems.
