I ground my work in anti-racist, disability justice, decolonial, and feminist frameworks. I mainly use techniques from Internal Family Systems, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Mindfulness modalities, and Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB).

I am passionate about working with clients looking to embrace their full selves despite the forces – internal, interpersonal, and systemic – that are working against them.
