Each of my clients has their own story and it is my job to create a safe, non judgmental environment in which to let that story unfold and work together to clear the obstacles to living the life you want to live. I am an eclectic therapist allowing me to meet you where you’re at with a modality (modalities) that will work well to achieve your goals.
Life transitions can be difficult and can cause depression and sadness often leaving one feeling hopeless and alone. I work with individual adults specializing in, but not limited to, women in transition. Working together I will help you be your best self.
