I’m here to support you throughout your journey. I’m deeply committed to helping individuals strengthen and improve their mental health. I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and I truly appreciate the courage it takes to take that step. I work with clients ages 13 and older and have experience supporting individuals navigating domestic violence, substance use, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
My approach is client-centered and collaborative, tailored to each person’s unique needs. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore emotions, build coping skills, and support healing. I use an eclectic style and often incorporate MI, EMDR, DBT, and ACT. I often utilize humor mixed with compassion to build a comfortable space.
I offer a wide range of services to support my clients. Regardless of the areas in your life that you are looking to better support, I'm here to help you find the right tools and strategies to move in a positive direction.
