I have professional training in utilizing a variety of evidence-based theories, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), TF-CBT, Trauma Informed Therapy, Family Functional Therapy and Substance Abuse Therapy. That being said I believe there is high significance in an individualized therapy plan, a plan that best meets your needs!
