Many individuals come to therapy feeling anxious, hyper-vigilant, disconnected from their bodies, or struggling with patterns like people-pleasing, perfectionism, or disordered eating. These are not personal failures, but trauma-informed responses to environments where emotional safety was inconsistent or absent. I use EMDR and Somatic Therapy to help folks feel safe in their bodies again and work through complex trauma. I take a strengths based approach and love supporting members of the LGBTQ community.
I offer individual and couples therapy and specialize in eating disorders, anxiety, high-functioning women, OCD and trauma. Clients find me warm, down-to earth, and easy connect to. I want our sessions to feel like your space to unwind after a long day. Let's talk about what's really going on.
I believe that we all have the potential to heal, to reconnect to the core parts of ourselves that bring us joy, peace, and interconnectedness. I'd love to be your safe space to work through what's keeping you stuck. I look forward to connecting and hearing more about your story!
