Are you feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns of thinking and overwhelming emotions? Unprocessed trauma, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders can hinder our ability to live rich, meaningful lives. My passion is helping adults and teens bravely face these unwanted parts of themselves to find new ways of coping and expressing emotions. I take a strengths-based approach to therapy and enjoy helping clients reconnect to the parts of themselves that bring them joy, creativity, and pride.
I offer individual, couples, and family therapy for folks who are ready to embark on this next stage of growth. My approach to therapy is client-centered and trauma informed and integrates techniques from CBT, Mindfulness, Family Systems, DBT, and Attachment theory. Clients find me warm and easy to connect with.
I look forward to building a relationship with my clients that can help them tackle their problems, honor their self-worth, and discover their inner strengths. I believe there is no problem too small or too large to bring to therapy. Therapy can be short term to fix a problem and gain some tools or a longer process of self-discovery and deeper change.
