It can be difficult to open up to someone when struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. I believe that it is a privilege to walk alongside clients during these hard times and be a part of their healing journeys. My goal is for every client be met with acceptance and dignity, where they can safely explore their emotions and cope with the challenges they’ve endured. I hope to create a warm and inviting space using evidence-based practices, humor, and affirmation to encourage my clients.

I have training in trauma-informed care and culturally sensitive approaches through Western Michigan University. Typically, I start by using a person-centered and relational approach while integrating CBT into our time together. I have used this experience in the past with clients facing anxiety/depression, relationship issues, stress, and trauma.

I also offer faith-based counseling if desired by my clients. My hope is that you can come to counseling feeling comfortable and with an experience that is tailored to best meets your needs.
