I work together with my clients to identify emotions, break destructive patterns, and refine communication. I'm honored to see couples through rough patches and I also specialize in working with teens. I am passionate about cultural competence in mental health treatment, and strive to create safe spaces for members of the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ community to process the trauma of racism, sexism, homophobia, and transphobia.
I specialized in trauma treatment at Lesley University and I've worked in many settings, including residential substance abuse treatment, psychiatric hospitals, day programs, and outpatient therapy. I specialize in treating PTSD and work with families, individuals, and couples, and utilize IFS, DBT, gentle reprocessing, holistic, and yoga therapy.
I would like to help you uncover the best version of yourself. I work to develop a safe and trusting relationship and then draw on strengths you already have to help you grow into your best self- for your partner, your children, your loved ones, and most importantly for you.
