It can be exceptionally difficult to go through daily life, and I've found that to be true for most (if not all) people I know and love. There are so many difficult things that can pile up on one another, making it complicated to maintain relationships, wellness, work, and other things you might value. I work with people who have a desire to change how they experience things, who are ready to connect more deeply with themselves and shift the rhythms that impact their wellness.
I typically use a Gestalt and existential lens with clients, encouraging present-moment experiences and helping clients as they make meaning of their lived experiences. I'm most informed by my training in Somatic Experiencing, and support clients with tending to their sense of safety in themselves and others through attention to the body.
If you're ready to bring intentionality and presence to your experiences, I hope you'll reach out.
