Hello! I'm Maddy, a born and raised Angelino with a background in acting and teaching.
I love working with highly sensitive kids who struggle with the social emotional demands of school, actors and creatives who are experiencing emotional blocks and struggling with the inconsistency of freelance lifestyle, and perfectionist high achievers who struggle with work life balance and self compassion.
I work collaboratively and deeply believe that you are the expert on your life.
Outside of the office I'm a yogi, meditator, hiker, and cat mom.
As your therapist, I want to support you in processing what life throws at you, while we build skills and strategies that allow you to relax and be present for your life.
I work with adults, kids, teens, parents, and couples.
My work is based in: EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS)/ Parts work, Narrative Therapy, and Mindful Self Compassion (MSC)
I offer daytime and evening sessions virtually and in person in Los Angeles.
