When life feels overwhelming, it’s easy to fall into old patterns; shutting down, becoming reactive or feeling disconnected from the people you care about. Although these patterns can feel ingrained, real change is possible. In therapy, I help you slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface and reconnect with the strengths and inner wisdom you already possess. Together, we’ll explore the “why” behind your experiences so you can create new, more sustainable ways of responding to life's challenges.

My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in evidence-based modalities. I integrate mindfulness, somatic awareness, EMDR and parts-work to help you expand your coping skills, build self-confidence and feel more present in your daily life. Each session is designed to leave you feeling more grounded, resourced and connected to yourself and to others.

Group Ketamine Intensive- August 15, 2026

Burnout can leave you feeling exhausted, disconnected, and stuck in survival mode. Our small-group Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Intensive offers a supportive space to step back, reconnect with yourself, and gain a new perspective. Through preparation, a guided Intramuscular (IM) Ketamine experience, and integration, you'll begin addressing the deeper patterns that contribute to burnout. Leave feeling more grounded, resilient, and connected to what matters most. The intensive cost is $850 plus a separate $275 medical evaluation/supplies fee.
