Groups
Teen Connection Group
I am excited to offer a teen connection group for female-identifying individuals beginning February 6, 2024. Participants must be in high school (freshman-senior). This is a supportive group and aims to create a space for teens to connect and share with one another. I will be bringing in relevant discussion topics, practical coping skills and art as a way for us all to relate to one another. Teens need connection now more than ever and I am passionate about creating a space for our teens to feel seen, heard and understood by one another.
