Welcome, I am glad you are here! My name is Maddy and I specialize in working with the adolescence, young adult, and neurodivergent populations. I am an energetic and warm therapist that takes a strengths-based approach in therapy. I believe that collaboration is key and helps them determine the most effective therapy for their own healing journey. Through a multicultural & strengths-based approach, individuals have the opportunity to grow in their coping & self-esteem.
My previous experience includes working with youth in hospital settings, community mental health settings, school-based therapy (K-12), & college counseling. I have experience working with a wide range of challenges including anxiety, ASD, ADHD, depression, eating concerns, OCD and trauma.
I offer authentic and supportive feedback, a safe space where others feel heard & can be free to express themselves creatively. I believe that everyone brings unique strengths to their healing journey! I look forward to the possibility of working together and supporting you on your path to healing and growth. Take care!
