Does it ever feel like your past is quietly running the show in your current relationships? Maybe you’re struggling to set boundaries, feeling burnt out by "self-care" that doesn't work, or trying to make sense of a history of trauma. You don’t have to navigate these complexities alone. I believe therapy should be a collaborative, safe, and, above all, an authentic space where you can finally take the mask off. My style is conversational, flexible, and deeply human. While I am a psychodynamic and attachment-based therapist, our sessions won’t feel like a cold clinical interrogation.

I integrate neuroeducation (so you actually understand what your brain is doing), mindfulness, and even a bit of humor and pop culture when the moment calls for it. We’ll work together to untangle relationship dynamics, master emotional regulation, and build the genuine confidence you need to show up as your true self.

With extensive experience in inpatient, PHP, and IOP settings, including specialized training at The Center for Post-Traumatic and Dissociative Disorders, and TraumaSci, I am deeply committed to trauma-informed care. In addition to individual work, I lead groups (more info below) with the goal of helping clients find strength in shared experiences.
