I hold a specialization for the perinatal period (pregnancy and postpartum), and have worked with a range of disorders from anxiety, depression, PMDD, ADHD, OCD, ASD, and other neurodivergence. I also have experience and training in children, teens, and young adults 18-24 who are looking for assistance in their transition into adulthood.
I use what I call a flexible structured session. I utilize tools and exercises to help you work toward your goals and treatment plan, and I can pivot as needed as you make progress or as other more urgent needs come up.
When I work with you, I am not only listening to your story, I am learning about you in depth. I consider and assess for neurodivergence, attachment style, overall context, and trauma.
I am paying attention to patterns of behavior and thinking and giving you feedback when you want it.
