Being vulnerable and reaching out for help takes strength. I aspire to work with you to set attainable goals to improve not only your mental wellbeing but your life overall! Creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship will make all the difference in our work together. Are you struggling or stuck? Navigating life’s challenges and changes can be difficult to do alone. I support my clients with setting attainable goals while fostering a compassionate, nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship. We will work together to uncover ways to reach your goals and work toward them at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

Much of my work involves helping my clients reprocess and heal from a wide variety of traumatic experiences, including military service trauma. I enjoy working with people who want to learn to cope with symptoms of depression, low self-worth, anxiety, personality disorders, and substance misuse.

I am trained in EMDR and a Certified DBT (C-DBT) provider. I also utilize CBT and mindfulness in my therapeutic approach. My goal to help you tap into your unique strengths you already possess, while also helping you learn new tools to help you in your journey. I currently offer both in person and telehealth sessions out of Mandeville, Louisiana.
