I primarily work with professionals of color to help them find a sense of empowerment to take up space, find balance, and create peace in their everyday lives while staying true to their genuine and authentic selves. In therapy, my clients have uncovered that by investing in themselves and committing to doing to the work that they have found life to be more peaceful, favorable, and plentiful in so many ways. I help my clients not only get what they desire out of life, but get what they truly deserve. Whenever you are ready, I’m holding a space for you to reclaim and protect your peace.
I have worked with people from all walks of life, races, cultures, and backgrounds to get to the other side of their healing work. My clients are artists, professionals, entrepreneurs, and everything in between and I help them overcome anxiety, depression, self-sabotage, guilt, shame, trauma, not-belonging, and low self-esteem to find restorative peace.
