Are you wanting different but are stuck repeating the same patterns? No matter how hard you try you keep finding yourself feeling alone, overwhelmed, or anxious yet you are craving deeper connection, closeness, and meaning in your relationship. Our experiences can create ways of coping that later can become barriers to the connections and life we crave. I help my clients reconnect with themselves and move beyond old wounds that feel too painful or overwhelming to hold. Together, we work to uncover, process, and heal the root causes of dissatisfaction - bridging the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
I use an integrated approach of EFT, parts work, brainspotting, and somatic therapy. I provide a space in which you can begin to access your inherent wisdom, resiliency, and resources and relate differently to experiences in the moment. My goal is to help you move beyond old cycles and into a life that feels more intentional, connected, and authentic.
My work of deepening emotional closeness, moving beyond cycles of disconnection, and re-connecting to authenticity extends beyond individual work to couples and adult family members work as well.
The therapeutic relationship is a sacred space for acceptance, connection, healing, and growth. I look forward to supporting you in your journey.
