Hey I’m Maddie! I love working alongside people as they discover the tools they already have within them to live a purposeful life. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, OCD, or challenges with the body, I’m here to support you in getting where you want to be. Helping others form a healthy relationship with their mind and body is the driving force behind the work I do. I’m most drawn to supporting teens and adults healing from an eating disorder or other body image difficulties. My experience ranges from outpatient eating disorder recovery to matters unrelated to eating. I’m here to meet you where you’re at and find a way forward.
I enjoy incorporating a mind-body perspective into the work I do. I’m an advocate for health at every size (HAES) and intuitive eating to help people learn how to be comfortable and connected with their bodies. Learning to reconnect with the body through the relationship with food, movement, and the mind is an integral part of the work I do.
Regardless of the modality, my work is centered around the belief that through self-acceptance, mindfulness, and compassion, we can learn ways to be at peace in our minds and bodies.
