No matter the stories you bring in or the identities that you hold, my aim is to create a safe space for you to find healing. I have experience with clients of all ages, from littles to the more-seasoned. I have worked with interpersonal violence survivors, borderline personality disorder, complex PTSD, LGBTQ+ populations, empty-nesters, neurodivergent folk, and those experiencing faith deconstruction or spiritual abuse. I am now taking clients from Texas and Oklahoma.
I have an interest in helping others process through past traumas through a person-centered, feminist approach with a practice is rooted in radical inclusion. This means I am committed to honor every client with dignity and celebrate diversity.
My practice takes an eclectic approach: one that is multifaceted and collaborative. I like to incorporate multiple modalities of therapy like traditional talk therapy, EMDR, and experiential learning to help you reach healing, self-compassion, and acceptance. Through active and honest communication, my hope is to find out what is and isn't working for you.
