I specialize in supporting individuals heal from trauma, navigate anxiety, and recover from the things holding you back from living your life to the fullest. If you are navigating postpartum anxiety, pregnancy loss, or any other perinatal challenge, I have specialized training to come alongside you in a difficult season. I am trained in Brainspotting, a body-brain based processing technique that was developed out of EMDR. It's an effective, evidence-based tool designed to help you move through painful experiences quickly. I also utilize Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness & Mindfulness-based CBT. We will always work at your pace and with trauma-informed approaches.
