I have experience working with those who have depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, transitional issues, faith crises, and many others. I also have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Everyone has their own struggles, and I like to meet clients where they are and go at their pace. I use a variety of different treatment methods, each one is unique to the client and the treatment focus. My purpose is to help you achieve the goals you set, create a safe and welcoming space, and to be empathetic, understanding and judgement free. Everyone is unique, so I adapt my approaches, modalities and styles to best fit the client in need.
