Hi, I’m Maddie. Licensed therapist, career counselor, and your very own personal hype-man as you navigate big transitions and changes in your life. As someone with a background in trauma informed care, I know the concept of exploring purpose, navigating transition, and being motivated for change can feel incredibly scary, overwhelming, and outright impossible at times. Together, we will take the necessary steps to guide you through self-reflection, identify clear, tangible goals, and create a plan for your next steps that feel manageable and purposeful. My background in both trauma counseling and career counseling has launched me into a career centered around helping individuals find their paths, explore their potential, and create fulfilling futures that feel deeply connected to who they are. I provide long term, 1:1 mental health counseling as well as solution-focused career exploration and counseling.
