Clients I work with may be carrying anxiety, trauma, or grief and are ready to explore new ways of being beyond talk therapy, through movement, creativity, and connection with nature. I help clients reconnect with their bodies and inner wisdom through movement, mindfulness, and creative exploration. By integrating somatic awareness with trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches (EMDR, ART, and IFS). I support clients in releasing the grip of trauma, processing emotions, and cultivating safety within themselves.
They long to feel grounded, expressive, and attuned to their body’s wisdom, and are drawn to experiential approaches that honor both their inner rhythms and the natural world. Their goals often include finding regulation, authenticity, and a deeper sense of belonging, to themselves, their relationships, and the earth.
I invite you to come just as you are. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and grounded, listening to the self and letting movement and nature guide the process. You don’t need to have it all figured out, but I invite you to trust your intuition. Through gentle presence and trust in the unfolding, healing and connection can naturally emerge.
