As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist, I am aware of the unique dynamics of the therapy relationship, and strive to facilitate a sense of safety and trust with each client. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process and I approach each client with individualized care. My integrative and culturally sensitive approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and relationship-driven. I am HAES (Health at Every Size) aligned and believe all bodies are good bodies. I received extensive training in treating complex trauma and eating disorders. I also specialize in treating adults dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, family conflict, relationship issues, self-esteem concerns, grief/loss, and other identity issues.
In addition to private practice, I have worked in community mental health, college counseling, and eating disorder treatment settings.
