I work from an attachment and relational based lens, utilizing interventions from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, and Psychedelic Integrative Therapy. I believe that you are the expert on your own experience, so my work with you will be adaptable to your specific needs and wants.
