A defining part of my therapy work is that I provide highly-personalized psychotherapy services for each of my clients. With 7 years of experience, I have tailored my focus on trauma and complex trauma in adults. Whether we use EMDR or talk-therapy, it is my goal as a therapist to learn about your story, witness you in your present reality, and help you build a more hopeful future. I have years of experience working closely with active duty military and veteran populations, as well as first responders and other adults with trauma. I also have experience treating survivors of childhood sexual trauma.
No two minds, hearts, nervous systems, or people are exactly alike - so your psychotherapy experience should be individually tailored to you. Through traditional talk therapy, trauma-focused therapy, EMDR, or other counseling services, I am here to help you, challenge you, and make the journey to a greater sense of wellness together.
Our first appointment will be our intake session, where I will learn more about you and what you're seeking from therapy. I want to create a warm, genuine therapeutic space where you are comfortable sharing your story, learning new skills, and being gently challenged as you grow. I offer sliding scale fees to service members, veterans and their spouses.
