I hope to collaboratively explore the layers of your inner world by building a safe-enough space through our relationship. Therapy can be (and is almost always) a painful and vulnerable experience, yet also immensely rewarding. My therapy process seeks to identify how all internal and external forces throughout our life shape who we are and how we navigate the world today, to enact change. Non-judgmental curiosity and compassion are essential in this process. I primarily practice from a trauma-informed, relational psychodynamic lens, but often integrate components of CBT, humanism, somatic awareness, and family systems theory.
Although I have experience working with depression, anxiety, self-harm, grief, trauma, suicide, loneliness, and identity exploration, I am open to working with any presenting concern. I also find that it is essential to consider how the injustices, oppression, and harm perpetuated by our world contribute to these concerns.
I am a biracial (half-Filipino, half-white) cisgender female that uses she/her pronouns. I am a Licensed Social Worker and received my MSW from the University of Pennsylvania.
