My goal is to meet you where are you and work with you as you discover who you want to be. My counseling style is to focus on you and your goals. I believe that counseling is a tool for healing and growth. In working with my clients, I hope to help provide a better understanding of who you are as a whole as well as your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
I work with young children (ages 3 and up), children, teens, and young adults experiencing neurodivergence, learning differences, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and culturally competent care to help you navigate your journey towards emotional well-being and personal growth.
I strive to establish a safe environment where you feel empowered to use to the tools you already have and the tools you may learn in order to enable you to live your most enriched life.
