I believe that counseling is a tool for healing and growth. In working with my clients, I hope to help provide a better understanding of who you are as a whole as well as your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
I work with young children (ages 3 and up), children, teens, and young adults experiencing neurodivergence, learning differences, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and culturally competent care to help you navigate your journey towards emotional well-being and personal growth.
