I specialize in clients that have experienced high-control environments— circumstances that have left them doubting who they are, struggling with trust, and forming healthy relationships. Many of my clients who have faced controlling or invalidating environments find themselves questioning their true identity, feeling overwhelmed by the emotional aftermath of their pasts, or feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns.
