Or, you get home from work and feel a familiar, tense feeling in the air? From those small communications and signs, you can typically then predict how the rest of the interaction or conversation will go. That's where I come in. Each authentic session will be tailored to you, your partner, or your family; addressing real issues in a way that resonates with everyone. We will identify those turning points in our interactional cycles and I will challenge you to change them.

My experience has honed my skills in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate difficult stages. I have a knack for asking questions you never thought about and helping you see things from a new perspective. When you've been spinning your wheels with your partner, I can see where you're missing each other and guide you back to the traction you want
